Gaye Coşkun, President of the Türkiye Kadın Hakları Derneği Alanya Branch, and her Vice President, Attorney Halime Şenli, visited the Alanya Turistik İşletmeciler Derneği.
Gaye Coşkun, President of the recently opened Turkey Women's Rights Association Alanya Branch, and her Vice President, Attorney Halime Şenli, visited the members of the Alanya Tourism Operators Association (ALTİD) Board of Directors. In a statement regarding the visit, President Coşkun said, "We made a visit to thank the ALTİD management for their support during the association's opening process. We provided information about our activities and projects." ALTİD President and member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Hoteliers Federation (TÜROFED), Burhan Sili, expressed his satisfaction with the visit and the association's work, stating, "Unfortunately, the rate of crimes, including restrictions on freedom, deprivation of personal liberty, and the prevalence of harassment and assaults regardless of gender, is far above that of developed countries. We are grateful to Ms. Gaye Coşkun and Attorney Halime Şenli, and to all women who are fighting in this area, who do not leave victims to face criminals alone, who stand by our state in combating these issues, and who dedicate their time and personal lives to this cause."
